A RESOL IION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIm
CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT
FOR THE COLLECTION OF RESIDENTIAL SOLID
WASTE ETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
JAYCOX ISPOSAL COMPANY, INC.
WHEREAS an agreement was entered into by the
City of Anaheim a d Jaycox Sanitary Service of Anaheim,
Inc., on August 2 , 1978; and
this firm was, subsequently, purchased
and renamed "Jaycox Disposal Company,
WHEREAS
by Mr. Raul Range
Inc."; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said agreement do
mutually agree th t said agreement should be changed
effective Decembe 1, 1980 to increase the unit price for
residential solid aste collection, define the auditing
requirements for ate adjustment requests; and
WHEREAS, a new agreement has this day been submitted,
the terms and con itions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim.
