RESOLUTION NO. 80R-587
A RESO;', UT ION OF 'l1HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAllEI PERTAINING TO THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF WAGES
OF CER ~IN EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.

.WHEREAS, tht City of ~ahe1m adopts wages by resolution; and
WHEREAS, thi City Council desires to continue in effect the
present resolutions ~overing wages for employees in the Utility
Employees Unit and ertain Utility Department employees in Executive,
Administrative and .taff and Supervisory Management unit classifi-
cations; and
WHEREAS, th City Council desires to make any resolution for
wages adopted by th City Council for the Utility Employees Unit
effective October 1 I 1980, upon the condition that the majority
representative for "he said unit of representation concurs in writing
with the recommenda tons of the City Management Representative on
or before February ,2, 1981, and
WHEREAS, th1 City Council desires to make any resolution
adopted by the CitYjCouncil for certain Utility Department Executive,
Administrative, Sta~f and Supervisory Management unit classifications
effective October lQ, 1980.
NOW, THEREF~' BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim tha the present resolutions covering employee wages
for employees in th, Utility Employees Unit and certain Utility i ~ .
Department employee~ in Executive, Administrative and Staff and
Supervisory Managem~t units remain in effect to and including
February 12, 1981.
BE IT FURTH! RESOLVED that in the event the majQrity repre-
sentative of the Ut ,lity Employees Unit of representation concurs
in writing on or be re February 12, 1981 with the City Management
Representative's recjommendations, then the Resolution adopted by
the City Council fo~ wages for said unit shall be effective
October 10, 1980.
AND BE IT ~R RESOLVED that any resolution adopted by
the City Council fo~ ~ages covering employees in certain Utility
Department Executivej, Administrative and Staff and Supervisory
Management unit cla~ifications shall be effective October 10, 1980.
