A RESOLUTION !OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM A~P,ROVING ~HE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A BANK CA~ GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY AGREEMENT
WITH BANK OF~...MERICA ~.ATIONAL TRUST & SAVINGS
ASSOCIATION D AUTHO~IZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND FI iNCE DIREcTOR TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the ~naheim Parks and Recreation Department
desires to accept Visa/Master Charge for payment of certain program
registration fees; and
WHEREAS, an a8reement, entitled "Bank Card Governmental
Agency Agreement" (here~nafter "Agreement") has been submitted to
the City by Bank of America National Trust & Savings Association; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFOR!:, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Finance Director
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOINGIRESOLUTI~N is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 2nd day of January, 1980.
