MASTER CHA1KE CREDIt CARD ACCOUNT AND DESIG-
NATING THE ~.AYOR ANq THE FINANCE DIRECTOR OF
THE CITY Oi 1 ANAHEIM ITO SIGN ALL AUTHORIZED
WARRANTS ,ItAFTS AND CHECKS TO BE DRAWN AGAINST
THIS ACCOU T. .
WHEREAS, t~ Recrea~ion Programs of the City of Anaheim
require a b~nk to be ~esignat~ as a depository for monies to be
reeeiv-ed from.regist~tion feejs; and
W.EREAS, t~ City Cquncil does find and determine that
the Anaheim Main Off~e of Ba~k of America, NT&SA be designated as
the depository for th~ Visa-M~ter Charge Account; and
WHEREAS, it,. is neceslSary that author ized signature cards
be prepared and submiitited to the bank, and that certain officials
of the City of Anahei~i be authbrized to sign all warrants, drafts,
checks or other docum~nts necessary or required in the deposit or
withdrawal of such fuPds; and .
WHEREAS, th~ City Council does find and determine that
the proper officers tp; be so d,signated and authorized for the Visa-
Master Charge Account'are the ~ayor and the Finance Director.
NOW, THEREFt>~E, BE II' RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim and the
Finance Director of t~ City ot Anaheim be, anq they are hereby,
authorized to sign si.~ature c'rds and deposit them with the Bank
of America, NT&SA and'~hat thet be, and they are hereby, authorized
to sign all warrants, ~rafts, ehecks and other documents necessary
or required for the dtposit in, or withdrawal from, said bank in
which public funds of the City of Anaheim shall from time to time
be deposited.
BE IT FURTH.~ RESOLV$D that said officers may affix their
sigBatures through th.use of a facsimile signature machine.
