RESOLUTION NO. 80R-9
A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM jPPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AGREEMEN WITH DANIEL H. NINBURG, M.D. AND
ANAHEIM MED CAL CLINIC, INCORPORATED, FOR PRE-
EMPLOYMENT EDICAL EXAMINATIONS AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTIG THE CITY MANAGER AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE $AID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF, OF THE. CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, th~ City of Anaheim is in need of medical
services to administer) pre-employment medical examinations to
prospective employees;,and
WHEREAS, Dapiel H. Ninburg, M.D. and Anaheim Medical
Clinic, Incorporated ate able to provide such professional medical
services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared where Daniel
N. Ninburg, M.D. and Apaheim Medical Clinic, Incorporated will
provide such services; and
WHEREAS, th~ terms and conditions of said agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFPRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim t~t the terms and conditions of said agree-
ment are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and City
Clerk be, and they ar~,hereby authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of ths~ity of Anaheim.
THE FOREGO~NG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of tHe City of Anaheim this 8th day of
January , 1980. -
