WHEREAS, t~e City o~ Anaheim owns fee title to a certain
pottion of Santa Ana jCanyon Road, and
WHEREAS, Kefnt Land QOBlpany desires to purchase the fee
title to said propertf,J7 and
WHEREAS, aqagreemeqt, entitled -Agreement for Purchase
of City Property- (he!,re inafter -Agreement -) has been prepared J and
WHEREAS, t~ terms and conditions of Agreement are ac-
ceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, TBERE~RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and con-
ditions of said Agre~nt are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURT~R RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, ~uthoriz~ and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf ~ the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTi,R RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
