RESOLUTION NO. 80 R- 14
A RESOiUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANA ElM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN GREEMENT WITH INNER-LOCK, INC., AND
AUTHOR ZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK to EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAt, Inner-Lock, Inc. desires to continue a
project designatd Help Eliminate Rape Everywhere
(referred to her in as "HERE") program and is qual~fied
to do so; and .
WHEREA$, the City of Anaheim has applied for and
has been granted'funds by the United States Government
under the provis~ons of Title I of the Omnibus Crime Control
and Safety Stree~s Act of 1968 (PL 90-351), through the
Office of Crimin_l Justice of the State of California to
fund said HERE ptogram; and
WHEREA$, the City of Anaheim desires to make
certain monies atailable for the HERE program to provide
emergency crisis:and counseling services as well as tele-
phone hot line services to Orange County sexual assault
victims; and
WHEREA$, an Agreement has been prepared, the
terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the City
Council of the city of Anaheim.
NOW, TI,IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and th,y are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agr~ement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOtEGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Couneil of the City of Anaheim this 15th of
January, 1980. .
