Resolution No. 79R 705 granting variance No. 3115, subject
to certain condit! ns: and
WBEREAS,lthrOUgh inadvertance and clerical
.istake, an error ~ppears in Condition No. 2 of said Reso-
lution: and i

WHEREAS, I the City Council desires to correct said
error by amending ~solutioh No. 79R-705, nunc pro tunc, in
the manner hereina~ter set forth.
NOW, THEf' FORE, B,E IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of An... 1m, that Condition No. 2 of :R.esol ution
No. 79R-705 be, a ,the sam,e is hereby, amended, nunc pro
