A RESOLUTtON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ~SOLUTION NO. 79R-59l WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES
OF COMPENS~TION FOR ,CLASSES DESIGNATED AS STAFF AND
SUPERVISO~ MANAGEMaNT, AND ADJUSTING THE RATE OF COMPEN-
SATION FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF POLICE RECORDS SUPERVISOR.
WHEREAS, the Humap Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated January 16, 1980 th~t the rate of compensation for the classification of
Police,Records Superviso~ be. adjusted, and
WHEREAS, as a res~t thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No.
79R-591 which estab1ishe~ rates of compensation for the classes designated as
Staff and Supervisory Man~gement, and
I '
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that adjusting
this rate of compensation is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim
that the rate of compen~tion for the classification of Police Records Super-
visor shall be Salary Sdbedule X1147 ($1636.27 - 1988.13) effective
January 18, 1980.
BE IT FURTHER REsp~VED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 79R-591 shall remain in full fqrce and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of January , 1980.
