terms and conditions of which are acceptable to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREtORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Ltcense Agreement are hereby approved and
accepted. '
BE IT FURT ER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are her by, authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on De alf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGO NG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council f the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of
January, 1980.
