RESOLUTION NO. 80R-~
A RESOLU~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE]M APPROVING THE SALE OF CERTAIN
CITY-OWNED PROPERTY TO DAVID TANKERSLEY.

WHEREAS, ithe City of Anaheim is the owner of certain real
property described las:
All that real ~roperty, as per Tract No. 8873, recorded
in Book 360, ~ges 30 and 31, Miscellaneous Maps, rec-
ords of Orang~ County, described as follows:
Commencing at ~he most northeasterly corner of Lot 14,
being a pOinti.n the easterly boundary line, as shown
on said map; t ence S 30 51' 35" E, 48.93 feet along
said boundary , ine to the true point of beginning; .-
thence contin ng along said boundary line S 30 51' 35"
E, 15.00 feet ~o the beginning of a tangent curve con-
cave northwest~rly and having a radius of 115.00 feet;
thence Southwe~terly along said curve through a central
angle of 360 oB' 56", an arc distance of 72.56 feet to
a non-tangent point, a radial through said point bears
S 570 42' 39" E; thence N 600 36' 10" E, 25.00 feet;
thence N 150 36' 10" E, 25.00 feet; thence N 140 05'
17" W, 49.27 f~et to the true point of beginning
(hereinafter "Property"); and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has no present or prospective
use of Property; and
WHEREAS, David Tankersley has offered to purchase said
Property from the City of Anaheim for $580.00; and
WHEREAS, tt is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim
to sell said propery.
NOW, THERtFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim[does hereby accept the offer of Mr. Tankersley
to purchase Property.
BE IT FURtHER RESOLVED that the Mayorand,9ity Clerk be,
and they are hereby. authorized to execute a quitclaim deed to con-
vey Property to Davtd Tankersley.
THE FOREG~ING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of January, 1980.
