A RESOLUTI~N OF THE CITY COUNCII~ OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIMtDENYING CONOITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
2041 .

WHEREAS, t.~ City P1anning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive .n applic.tion for a conditional use permit
from JOSEPH P. OSBOR~, owner, to permit a limousine service on
certain real propertt' located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of Cal fornia, legally described as:
LOT 65 of Tracti1098, in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, Stat. of California, as per map recorded
in Book 39, pag+s 1 and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, in
the office of t.e County Recorder of said County;
and

WHEREAS, t~ City Planning Commission did hold a public
hearing upon said ap~lication at the City Hall in the City of
Anaheim, notices of ~hich public hearing were duly given as re-
quired by law and th~ provisions of Title' la, Chapter la.03 of the
Anaheim Municipal CO~.J and
WHEREAS, ~,id Commi$sion, after due inspection, investi-
gation and studies ~de by it_elf and in its behalf and after due
consideration of alli.videnceand reports offered at said hearing,
did adopt its Resolu.ion No.PC79-230, approving
Conditional Use Perm~t No. 20~1 J and
WHEREAS, t1~reafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an, 'interested party r the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said panning Commission action at a duly noticed
p,.lic hearingJ and ,,"
WHEREAS, aF' the tim$ and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Cocil did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all per ons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receiv evidence and reports, and did consider the
sameJ and
, WHEREAS, t~e City Council does find, after careful con-
sideration of the re~ommendatlons of the City Planning Commission
and all evidence andlreports bffered at said hearing, that all of
the conditions and Ciilteria se,', t forth in Section,lS.03.030.030 of
the Anaheim Municipa Code are not present and, therefore, that
Conditional Use Perm t No. 2'04'1 should be denied.

NOW, THEREfoRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commission
aiprovinh ' Conditional Use Permit No. 2041 be, and the
