A RESOLUmON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEI~ APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A FIRst,r AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH THE
ANAHEIM $DEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND AUTHORIZ ING
THE MAYO~ AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENTI.
WHEREAS, ~he City of Anaheim and the Anah~im Redevelopment
Agency did enter thp Master Cooperati~n Agreement for Construction
and Installation of! Public Improvements~ and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to amend said
Agreement to delete a project therefrom~ and
WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Agreement entitled -First
Amendment to Master Cooperation Agreement- (hereinafter -Agreement-)
has been prepared~ .nd
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are accept-
able to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THER,FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agree.ent are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREG~ING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th da of January" 1980.
