WHERE", on th. 28th day of August, 1919, the
City of Anaheimr~ntered into a soils engineering aqreem~t
with Moore & Ta~,r for the sewer line distress in the
Rural Ridge Area'of Anah~im Hills1 and
WHERE4$, the parties desire to amend said
Agreement to pe~mit the City to revise the proposal for
investigation of roadway distress, Westridge Circle,
vicinity of Lot 72, Tract 7569, Anaheim Hills in the City
of Anaheim1 and
WHERE~$, an am~ndment to said Agreement has been
prepared entit144 "First Amendment to the Soils Engineering
Agreement" (her~inafter "Amendment"), the term, and
conditions of wijich are acceptable to the City Council of
the City of Anabeim.
NOW, ~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tbat the terms
and conditions eft said AIltendment are hereby approved and
accepted.
BE IT ,FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayo~ and City
Clerk be, and tliey are hereby author ized and directed to
execute said Am~~dment on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE Fq~EGOING !tESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City CouQcil of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of
January, 1980.
