A RESOLUTI~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANABEI~lJD. ECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDUJfi A PORTION OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREET AND! iFIXING A DATE FOR HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, t~~ City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proc,~d under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1941 :(Section 8300 et seq., Streets and Highway
Cade) in connection .~th requests for vacation and abandonment
of public streets lo~~ted within the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THERElj)RE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
Of the City of Anahe .. does h,reby declare its intention to
vacate, abandon and .10se to public use the following described
street, to wit:
That porti~. of the Lincoln Avenue Frontage
Road locat.~ adjacent to and northerly of
Lincoln Av..ue extending from Bel Air Street
to a point 'approximately 291 feet easterly
thereof,
as said street is shq~n on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURT~!R RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
public hearing to beneld at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon there-
after as the matter ~y be heard, in the Council Chamber in the
City Hall, 204 East ~:IIncoln AVlenue, Anaheim, California, on:
F~bruary 19, 1980
BE IT FURT~R RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of thijs resolution and shall caus~ the same to be
