A RESOLUT~N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANABEI 'DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABAND' A PORT tON OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC
STREET A · FIXING A DATE FOR A HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, fhe City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to pro eed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 194 (Section 8300 et seg., Streets and Highway
Code) in connectioniwith reg~ests for vacation and abandonment
of public streets l~cated within the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THERk,ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anah~~m does hereby declare its intention to
vacate, abandon and! close to public use the following described
street, to wit:
That port~on of Hermosa Drive beginning at a
point apPtoximatelf 161 feet north of the
cen.terlin of LaPa"ma Avenue and extending to
the north [ly terminus thereof,
as said street is spown on a map or plan on file in the Office of
the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURJ'HER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
or objecting to sai~ vacation and abandonment will be heard at a
public hearing to br" held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon there-
after as the matter,may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the
City Hall, 204 EastiLincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
February 19, 1980
BE IT FUi' ER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of is resolution and shall cause the SUM! to be
published in the A . eim Bul~etin, a newspaper of 'general circula-
tion, printed, pub 1 shed and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
