A RESI" UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN EIM ACCEPTING A GIFT OF SIX SELF-
CONTAI ED BREATHING APPARATUS FROM THE
MONSAN 0 COMPANY FOR USE OF THE ANAHEIM FIRE
DEPART ENT.
WHEREAf' the Monsanto Company of Anaheim has in
its possession sx self-contained breathing apparatus;
and · !
WHEREA., Monsanto Company desire to make a
gift and donatio, of said breathing apparatus to the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREA$., the Fire Department is in need of self-
contained breathfng apparatus; and
WHEREA!, the Council does find and determine it
to be to the bes interests of the City of Anaheim and
its citizens to ,ccept said gift from the Monsanto
Company.
NOW, TiEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that -th~ City does
hereby accept frm the Monsanto Company six self-contained
breathing appara ~s donated as a gift for and on behalf
of the citizens qf the City of Anaheim.

THE FOJEGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Coundil of the City of Anaheim this 5th day of
February, 1980.
