RESOLUTION NO. BOR-58
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF ANAHEIM (CALIFORNIA)
STADIUM, INC., AND AUTHORIZIING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim (California)
Stadium, Inc., (hereinafter "Stadium") is in the process of
constructing a 27,000 seating addition to the Anaheim Stadium:
and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim (hereinafter "City")
is in the process of authorizing certain changes, additions
and/or modifications in the construction of the addition to
the Stadium: and
WHEREAS, costs will be incurred by Stadium through
its contractor, Continental-Heller, to construct the changes,
additions and/or modifications in the Stadium: and
WHEREAS, the City and Stadium have entered into an
Agreement to provide for the payment of the costs of the
changes, additions and/or modifications the City has requested
at the Stadium: and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement
are acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Counc i I of the City of Anahe im th is 12th day of
February, 1980.
