RESOLUTION NO. 80R-61
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABANDON CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to proceed pursuant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements Vacation Law (Section 50430 et seq., Goverment
Code) in connection with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, and close to public use the following described
public service easements, to wit:
Those certain public utility easements located
within the area bounded by Kellogg Drive, La Palma
Avenue, Manassero Street and Orangethorpe Avenue
more specifically described as:
1. a 2000 foot long easement parallel to and
approximately 100 feet west of Kellogg Drive
2. a 150 foot long easement, running east-west,
approximately 1000 feet north of La Palma
Avenue
3. a 200 foot long easement, running east-west,
approximately 600 feet north of La Palma
Avenue
4. a 210 foot long easement, running northwesterly-
southeasterly, approximately 200 feet north of
La Palma Avenue,
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in or
objecting to said vacation and abandonment will be heard at a pub-
lic hearing to be held at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may be heard, in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall, 204 East Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
March 4, 1980
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.

City Council of the City of Anaheim this 12th day of February, 1980.
