RESOLUTION NO. 80R-65
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A MUTUAL MODIFICATION OF SUBGRANT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ORANGE
COUNTY MANPOWER COMMISSION AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Orange County Manpower
Commission have heretofore entered into an agreement to operate a
Multipurpose Activity program under Title II-B of the Comprehensive
Employment and Training Act Amendments of 1978: and
WHEREAS, said parties desire to amend said agreement at
this time: and
WHEREAS, a Mutual Modification of Subgrant Agreement has
been prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of said Mutual
Modification of Subgrant Agreement be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day._~f February, 1980.
