RESOLUTION NO. 80R-66
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING OFFICIAL STATEMENT PERTAINING
TO WATER REVENUE BONDS, 1980 SERIES
The City Council of the City of Anaheim,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER
as follows:
Section 1. This City Council is informed and
believes that the Preliminary Official Statement of the
City, heretofore approved by this City Council on
January 29, 1980, pertaining to the City's Water Revenue
Bonds, 1980 Series, did not contain any untrue statement
of a material fact or omit to state a material fact
necessary to make the statements therein, in the light
of the circumstances under which they were made, not
misleading.
Section 2. This City Council hereby approves
the Official Statement, which is identical to the
Preliminary Official Statement in all material respects
except that the items previously left blank, including

identity of the successful bidder and interest rates bid
and accepted this date, will be completed hereafter for
delivery to the successful bidder; and the Mayor, the
City Manager, and the General Manager of the Public
Utilities Department are hereby authorized to sign the
Official Statement.
Section 3. The form of "Certificate re Official
Statement", now in the hands of the City Clerk, is hereby
approved.
Section 4. The General Manager of the Public
Utilities Department is hereby authorized and directed
to execute said Certificate for and on behalf of the City.
Section 5. Unless otherwise directed by the
City Council, the General Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to deliver a copy of said Certificate together
with the Official Statement to the purchasers of said
Bonds at the time of delivery of the Bonds on or about
March 12, 1980.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND ~~PROVED this 26th day of
February, 1980.
