RESOLUTION NO. 80R-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDON-
MENT OF A PORTION OF LINCOLN AVENUE FRONTAGE
ROAD FROM BEL AIR STREET EASTERLY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did, by resolution duly posted and published, give notice of
its intention to vacate and abandon the public street or
alley hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, on the 19th day of February, 1980, a
public hearing was held to allow interested persons to submit
evidence concerning said proposed vacation and abandonment;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
does find, from the evidence submitted, that the public
street or alley hereinafter specifically described is
unnecessary for present or prospective public street purposes.
That portion of the certain frontage road,
commonly known as Lincoln Avenue Frontage
Road, lying within a portion of the Southwest
quarter of Section 21, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, S.B.B. & M., as shown on a map
of Tract No. 2780 recorded in Book 89, pages
11 and 12, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 13 in
said Tract No. 2780; thence S 00 10' 15" E,
48.00 feet to an intersection with a line
parallel with and 40.00 feet northerly of the
centerline of Lincoln Avenue, said centerline
for the purpose of this description being the
south line of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 12; thence S 890 41' 10" W, 290.56
feet to the beginning of a curve concave north-
easterly and having a radius of 13.00 feet;
thence Northwesterly along said curve through
a central angle of 900 08' 35" an arc distance
of 20.45 feet; thence N 0010' 15" W, 48.00
feet to a point in a line tangent to the
beginning of a curve concave northeasterly
and having a radius of 13.00 feet; thence
Southeasterly along the last mentioned curve
through a central angle of 900 08' 35" an arc
distance of 20.45 feet; thence N 890 41' 10"
E, 290.56 feet tangent to the last mentioned
curve to an intersection with the west line
of said Lot 13 in said Tract No. 2780, said
intersection being the point of beginning of
the parcel herein described.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a
certified copy of this Resolution and Order, attested by
her under the seal of the City of Anaheim, to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of
February, 1980.
