RESOLUTION NO. 80R-76
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA
APPOINTING PAYING AGENTS FOR
WATER REVENUE BONDS, 1980 SERIES
WHEREAS, this City Council has adopted its
Resolution No. 80R-75
, authorizing the issuance of
$7,350,000 principal amount of Water Revenue Bonds,
1980 Series; and
WHEREAS, said resolu~ion provides that the
bonds so authorized shall be payable at the office of
the City Treasurer or, at the option of the holder, at
the corporate agency division of Bank of America NT&SA
in Los Angeles or at any paying agent of the City in
San Francisco, Chicago or New York; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that such paying agents
be designated at this time;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City
of Anaheim, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETE~1INE
AND ORDER as follows:

Section 1. Bank of America NT&SA, in the City
of San Francisco, California; Continental Illinois National
Bank and Trust Company of Chicago, in the City of Chicago,
Illinois; and Citibank, N.A., in the City of New York,
New York, are hereby respectively designated as paying
agents of the City for the Water Revenue Bonds, 1980 Series,
in said cities.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 26th day of
February, 1980.
