RESOLUTION NO. 80 R- 85
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AND DAN L. ROWLAND AND ASSOCIATES,
INCORPORATED, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Dan L. Rowland
and Associates, Incorporated, have heretofore entered into an
agreement dated January 24, 1978 (hereinafter "Agreement") to
obtain architectural services for the design of a multi-
purpose recreation building and picnic shelters for Peralta
Canyon Park and the design of a park restroom facility for
pelanconi Park in the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the parties thereto desire to modify said
Agreement to provide for the performance of certain extra
services; and
WHEREAS, an Addendum to Agreement has been prepared,
the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an
Addendum to Agreement between the City of Anaheim and Dan L.
Rowland and Associates, Incorporated, for architectural
services more particularly described in said Addendum to Agree-
ment, be, and the same are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said Addendum to Agreement for and on behalf of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of
March, 1980.
