RESOLUTION NO. 80R-90
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
ACCEPTANCE OF A DIRECTOR'S DEED FROM THE
STATE OF CALIFORNIA (S/O VERMONT AVENUE,
E/O SANTA ANA FREEWAY).
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in receipt of a
Director's Deed from the Department of Transportation of the State
of California conveying fee title to the City of a parcel of
land located South of Vermont Avenue, East of the Santa Ana Freeway;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to accept said Director's Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept, and it does hereby accept,
that certain Director's Deed No. 001100-01-02 conveying a parcel
of land located South of Vermont Avenue, East of the Santa Ana
Freeway to the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4t day of March, 1980.
