RESOLUTION NO. 80R-95
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC
CONTROL SIGNAL SYSTEMS AT THE INTERSECTION OF
TUSTIN AVENUE WITH STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 91 AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 21st day of August, 1979 pursuant to
Resolution No. 79R-478, the City of Anaheim and the State of
California entered into a cooperative agreement in connection
with the installation of traffic control signal systems and
safety lighting at the intersection of Tustin Avenue with State
Highway Route 91; and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend and supplement said
agreement; and
WHEREAS, a supplement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are acceptable to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 11th day of March, 1980.
