RESOLUTION NO. 8aR-113
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 8aR-88.
WHEREAS, the City Council heretofore adopted Resolution
No. 8aR-88 calling and ordering a special municipal election to
be held for purposes of submitting a proposed charter amendment to
the electorate relating to a change in the date for holding general
municipal elections; and
WHEREAS, said proposed charter amendment has been incor-
porated with additional proposed amendments in a subsequent reso-
lution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 8aR-88 is no longer neces-
sary for the reasons hereinabove set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 8aR-88 be, and the same is
hereby, rescinded.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Counci 1 of the City of Anahe im this 18th day of March, 1980.
