RESOLUTION NO. 80R~18
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENT DEED, ORANGE COUNTY YOUTH FOR CHRIST,
INC., GRANTOR, R/W 1827-10.
WHEREAS, a Temporary Construction Easement Deed has been
presented to the City of Anaheim in connection with the construc-
tion of the Route 5 Freeway; and
WHEREAS, said deed having been determined to be correct
in both form and substance, the City Council finds that it is in
the best interests of the City to accept said deed as submitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that that Temporary Construction Easement
Deed submitted to the City of Anaheim in conjunction with the
Haster Street Over crossing, R/W 1827-10 be, and the same is hereby,
accepted.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City OF Anaheim this 18th day of March, 1980.
