RESOLUTION NO. 80R-I22
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES WITH BERRYMAN & STEPHENSON, INC., AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT.

WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Berryman &
Stephenson, Inc., have heretofore entered into an Agreement
dated September 4, 1979; and
WHEREAS, said parties mutually desire to amend
said Agreement at this time; and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Amendment to Agreement for Professional
Services are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Amendment to Agreement for Professional Services
on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25th day of
March, 1980.
