RESOLUTION NO. 80R- 123
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH SAITO/
SULLIVAN ASSOCIATES, INC., AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT. (Canyon
Park Site No.2)
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Saito/Sullivan
Associates, Inc., have heretofore entered into an Agreement
dated August 28, 1979, as amended on November 6, 1979; and
WHEREAS, said parties mutually desire to further
amend said Agreement at this time; and
WHEREAS, a Second Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of said Second Amendment to Agreement are hereby
approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Second Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 25thday of
March, 1980.
