RESOLUTION NO. 80R- 127
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79R-2
RELATING TO FEES FOR CITY-WIDE PARK AND REC-
REATION PROGRAMS AND SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore adopted
Resolution No. 79R-2 establishing a schedule of fees for City-wide
park and recreation programs and services; and
WHEREAS, City desires to amend certain fees set forth in
said Resolution in the manner hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Paragraph e of Section 6 of Resolution No.
79R-2 be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as hereinabove amended,
said Resolution No. 79R-2 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of April, 1980.
