RESOLUTION NO. 80R-129
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREE-
MENT WITH THE BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST
AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION RELATING TO THE PER-
FORMANCE OF SERVICES AS FISCAL AGENT IN CON-
NECTION WITH WATER REVENUE BONDS, 1980 SERIES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has issued $7,350,000
principal amount of its Water Revenue Bonds, 1980 Series; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim by Resolution No. 80R-75
appointed the Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association
as Fiscal Agent for the purpose of paying the principal of and
interest on any of the bonds presented for payment at its corporate
agency division in Los Angeles, California, and for the purpose
of performing all other duties assigned to or imposed upon the
Fiscal Agent; and
WHEREAS, the Bank of America NT & SA will arrange for
Chase Manhattan Bank, in the City of New York, State of New York,
and Continental Illinois National Bank and Trust Company in the
City of Chicago, State of Illinois to act as Co-Paying Agents; and
WHEREAS, the Bank of America NT & SA will compensate the
Co-Paying Agents out of the fees paid to it by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the
best interests of the City to enter into an agreement with the
Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association to provide
for said Fiscal Agent's services; and
WHEREAS, the Bank of America NT & SA has submitted to the
City Council a form of agreement providing for the employment of
the Bank of America NT & SA as Fiscal Agent in connection with
the Water Revenue Bonds, 1980 Series, which agreement is hereby
approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement this day submitted to the
City Council by the Bank of America NT & SA be, and the same is
hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.

the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of April,
1980.
