RESOLUTION NO. 80R-131
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH BARRY AND COMPANY FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH A
METER READING SYSTEM EVALUATION, AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to obtain professional
services to implement recommendations based on an evaluation of the
Utilities Department's Meter Reading Program; and
WHEREAS, Barry and Company (" Consultant ") is qualified
to render such professional services to City and desires to be
employed for such purposes; and
WHEREAS, Consultant has submitted a proposal to render
said professional services; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of an agreement
with Barry and Company for professional consulting services be, and
they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 1st day of April
1980.
