RESOLUTION NO. 80R-ISO
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
BANK OF AMERICA NT & SA AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 22nd day of May, 1979, the City Council,
pursuant to Resolution No. 79R-296, did approve an agreement with
the Bank of America NT & SA to lease and purchase a scoreboard at
Anaheim Stadium; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend said Lease to provide
for additional cost overruns on the scoreboard construction; and
WHEREAS, an amendment to said Lease Agreement has been
prepared, the terms of which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the LeaSe Agreement
with the Bank of America NT & SA this submitted be, and the same
is hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and he
is hereby, authorized to execute said Lease Agreement on behalf of
the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 8th ay pril, 1980.
