RESOLUTION NO. 80R-159
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND
THE CI'rY OF ANAHEIM CONCERNING CONSTRUCTION COSTS
OF IMPROVEMENT OF HASTER STREET FROM KATELLA
AVENUE ora ANAHEIM BOULEVARD, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, Cooperative Agreement No. 3204, covering the im-
provement of Haster Street from Katella Avenue to Anaheim Boulevard
and construction of a storm drain was entered into on January 22,
1980; and
WHEREAS, according to the latest engineer's cost estimate,
the City of Anaheim's share of construction cost is increased by
$ 59 ,000.00; and
WHEREAS, the City agrees to deposit said additional sum
with the State of California in compliance with the State's policy.
WHEREAS, a Supplemental Cooperative Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are satisfactory to
the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a Supplemental
Cooperative Agreement with the State of California concerning con-
struction costs of improvement of Haster Street from Katella
Avenue to Anaheim Boulevard be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Supplemental
Cooperative Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
