RESOLUTION NO. 80R-164
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING FEES TO BE CHARGED
BY THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM.
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City Council of the
City of Anaheim to provide for the collection of fees to be estab-
lished by resolution: and
WHEREAS, the City Council has by resolution heretofore
established various fees in the Public Works Department: and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to revise
and update said fees at this time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that fees to be charged and collected by the
Public Works Department shall be as follows:

THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of April ,
1980.
