RESOLUTION NO. 80R-170
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
1628 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 76R-495
NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 1628 on August 17, 1976, by Resolution No. 76R-495; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1628 be, and the same is hereby, termin-
ated and that Resolution No. 76R-495 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 15th day of April, 1980.
