RESOLUTION NO. 80R- 182
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CERTAIN DIRECTOR'S DEED.
vlliEREAS, a certain Director's Deed from the State of
California (Department of Transportation) for property identified
as State Parcel No. 980312-01-01 and located at the Northwest cor-
ner of Orangethorpe Avenue and Imperial Highway, has been presented
to the City of Anaheim; and
~~EREAS, said Director's Deed having been determined to be
correct in both form and substance, the City Council finds that it
is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim to accept said deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Anaheim does hereby accept the Director's Deed to said real
property.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved
