A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE UTILITIES AGREEMENT
NO. 7Ut-5259 WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, in connection with relocation of sanitary sewer
facilities to clear the construction area of the Santa Ana Freeway
between Katella Avenue and Harbor Boulevard for the new Anaheim
BoulevardjHaster ~venue Over crossing of said Freeway, the Depart-
ment of Transportation of the State of California has submitted
utilities Agreement No. 7Ut-5259; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of said Agreement are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said Agreement with
the State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'r RESOLVED that the terms and cond i-
tions of said Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT ~URTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29t da of April, 1980.
