RESOLUTION NO. 80R-184
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by Resolution No. 67R-674, agree to exchange certain City prop-
erty for a certain easement for road and public utility purposes
and additional consideration; and
WHEREAS, by deed ("Deed") dated December 5, 1967, re-
corded at Book 8504 Page 210 of the Records of the County of
Orange, the City did convey certain real property to Horn Propane,
Inc.; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence, a portion of the real
property paid for by Horn Propane, Inc. was not included in Deed;
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to convey the entire amount
of land agreed to be conveyed to, and paid for by, Horn Propane,
Inc., to wit:
All that real property situated in the Cities of
Anaheim and FUllerton, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
That portion of Lots 3 and 6 of Miles Rancho as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of that
portion of the East 250.00 feet of said Lot Six,
lying North of a line parallel with the North line
of said Lot Six and passing through a point on the
West line of Harbor Boulevard, formerly Spadra Road,
as said road existing April 29, 1929, distant
712.00 feet North of the centerline of Romneya Drive,
distant along said South line North 890 33' 18" West
a distance of 42.69 feet from the centerline of said
Harbor Boulevard, 60.00 feet wide, as shown on a Map
of Tract No. 2302, recorded in Book 76, pages 29 to
31, inclusive, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California; thence along said South
line North 890 33' 18" West a distance of 207.23
feet to the West line of the East 250 feet of said
Lot Six; thence along the West line of the East 250
feet of said Lot Six, North 00 26' 42" East a dis-
tance of 86.92 feet; thence South BOo 06' 00" East
a distance of 117.55 feet; thence North 890 43' 09"
East a distance of 73.16 feet; thence South 150 55'
24" East 68.47 feet to the point of beginning.

RESERVING therefrom an easement for road and public
utility purposes over, under and across all that
portion of said land lying Easterly of a line paral-
lel with and distant Westerly 45 feet, as measured
at right angles, from the centerline of said Harbor
Boulevard.
Subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, res-
ervations, easements, rights and rights of way of
record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute a deed to convey the property described to
pargas of Anaheim, Inc., formerly Horn Propane, Inc.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day 0 April, 1980.
