A RESOLUTION DF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE CONSTRUC-
TION AND COMPLETION OF A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, TO
WIT,
CONVENTION CENTER NORTH EXHIBIT HALL ELECTRICAL
SYSTEM UPGRADING, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
ACCOUNT NO. 01-262-6325-9510,
APPROVING THE DESIGNS, PLANS, PROFILES, DRAWINGS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF;
AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID PLANS, SPECI-
FICATIONS, ETC.; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH A NOTICE INVITING
SEALED PROPOSALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, public convenience and necessity require the
:onstruction and completion of a public improvement in the City
)f Anaheim, to wit:
Convention Center North Exhibit Hall electrical system
upgrading, in the City of Anaheim, consisting of the in-
stallation of a weatherproof 1000 AMP - 480 V - 3% main
breaker, 400 AMP EXO 480 V - 3%, 3-1/2" rigid conduit
with 500 MCM copper conductor and connectors, and appur-
tenant work in accordance with the plans and delineated
in the specifications on file in the Office of the City
Engineer, Account No. 01-262-6325-9510,
AND WHEREAS, the City Council instructed the
Pl1~i~ Works Department to prepare detailed designs, plans,
pro iles, drawings and specifications~ and estimates of
quantities and costs and make necessary surveys for the construc-
t ton of said public improvement; and
