RESOLUTION NO. 80R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 77R-688 WHICH
ESTABLISHED RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES
REPRESENTED BY THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF
ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL UNION NO. 47, AND
CREATING NEW CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff
report dated May 7, 1980 that certain job classifications be created, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution
No. 77R-688 which established rates of compensation for classes represented
by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local No. 47, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
the creation of these classifications is in the best interests of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following job classifications be created and allocated
to the Salary Schedule Master as follows:
That effective May 9, 1980 the basic compensation plan for all officers
and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the
future be employed in the classification listed below shall be allocated
to the following salary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.
Facility and Event Electrician
Facility Air Conditioning Repairer
Lead Facility and Event Electrician
Lead Facility Air Conditioning Repairer
Salary Step
Schedule Range
1136 D - E
1048 A - E
U 1250 E
U 1167 B - E
Job Class
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, Resolution
No. 77R-688 shall remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of May , 1980.
