RESOLUTION NO. 80R-208
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A GIFT OF THREE KENDRICK
EXTRICATION DEVICES FROM THE LADIES AUXILLARY
OF AMERICAN LEGION POST NO. 72 FOR THE USE OF
THE ANAHEIM FIRE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the Ladies AuxilIary of American Legion
Post No. 72 has in its possession three Kendrick extrication
devices; and
WHEREAS, the Ladies AuxilIary of American Legion
Post No. 72 desires to make a gift and donation of said
extrication devices; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Department is in need of such
extrication devices; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine
it to be in the best interest of the City of Anaheim and
its citizens to accept said gift from the Ladies AuxilIary of
American Legion Post No. 72.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City does
accept from the Ladies AuxilIary of American Legion Post No.
72 three Kendrick extrication devices donated as a gift for
and on behalf of the citizens of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 13th day of May, 1980.
