OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT PUBLIC
COf'NENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE CONSTRUC-
TION AND COMPLETION OF A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, TO
WIT;
CERRITOS AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT, E/O
EUCLID STREET, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM,
ACCOUNT NO. 47-792-6325-2330.
APPROVING 'rHE DESIGNS, PLANS, PROFILES, DRAWINGS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF;
AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID PLANS, SPECI-
FICATIONS, ETC.; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH A NOTICE INVITING
SEALED PROPOSALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, public convenience and necessity require the
construction and completion of a public improvement in the City
of Anaheim, to wit:
Cerritos Avenue street improvement, 560' E/o to 210'
E/o Euclid Street, in the City of Anaheim, consisting
of the improvement of a roadside drainage ditch
including clearing and grubbing, construction of A.C.
pavement and A.B.M. lining. The installation of
18" x 11" arch C.M.P. and guide markers, and appur-
tenant work in accordance with the plans and delinea-
ted in the specifications on file in the Office of
the City Engineer, Account No. 47-792-6325-2330.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council instructed the
,ublic Works Department to prepare detailed designs, plans,
pro iles, drawings and specifications, and estimates of
quantities and costs and make necessary surveys for the construc-
tion of said public improvement; and
