A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT PUBLIC
CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE CONSTRUC-
TION AND COMPLETION OF A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT, TO
WIT:
CLEMENTINE SEWER AND WATER IMPROVEMENTS, IN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, ACCOUNT NOS. 11-790-6325-0150;
51-606-6329-25850-34340; 51-606-6329-26280-34320.
APPROVING THE DESIGNS, PLANS, PROFILES, DRAWINGS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF;
AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID PLANS, SPECI-
FICATIONS, ETC.; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH A NOTICE INVITING
SEALED PROPOSALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, public convenience and necessity require the
eonstruction and completion of a public improvement in the City
of Anaheim, to wit:
Clementine sewer and water improvements, in the City
of Anaheim, consisting of the construction of 8" and
12" V.C.P. sewer, sewer laterals, manholes, P.C.C.
encasement and sidewalk; 6", 8" and 12" D.I.P. water
main, services, valves, fire hydrant assemblies and
all appurtenant work as shown on the plans and de-
lineated in the specifications on file in the office
of the City Engineer, Account Nos. 11-790-6325-0150;
51-606-6329-25850-34340; 51-606-6329-26280-34320.
AND WHEREAS. the City Council ins'tructed the Public
Works DeDartment to prepare detailed designs, plans,
profiles, drawings and specifications, and estimates of
quantities and costs and make necessary surveys for the construc-
tion of said public improvement; and
