RESOLUTION NO. 80R-229
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH RECREATION SYSTEMS,
INCORPORATED, IN CONNECTION WITH PLANNING
SERVICES FOR THE REDEVELOPMENT OF PEARSON PARK
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is in need of professional
planning services for the redevelopment of Pearson Park; and
WHEREAS, Recreation Systems, Incorporated, has submitted
a proposal for design services for the proposed redevelopment of
Pearson Park; and
WHEREAS, said proposal has been reviewed and found to
be compatible with the City's desire to redevelop Pearson Park;
and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms and
conditions of which are satisfactory to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of an Agreement with Recreation Systems, Incorporated, for
the furnishing of professional planning services for the redevel-
opment of Pearson Park be, and they are hereby, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 20th day of May, 1980.
