RESOLUTION NO. 80R- 238
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A "RIGHT OF WAY CONTRACT - STATE HIGHWAY"
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of certain
property located on the west side of Manchester Avenue at Alro
Way: and
WHEREAS, the State of California is proposing modifi-
cations to Clementine Street in connection with the proposed
Haster Street overcrossing over the Santa Ana Freeway: and
WHEREAS, the State of California desire to purchase
certain City-owned property and to pay the cost of relocation of
certain City-owned facilities: and
WHEREAS, City desires to purchase certain State-owned
property; and
WHEREAS, an agreement entitled "Right of Way Contract -
State Highway" (Agreement) has been prepared to effectuate the
desires of City and State.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaheim does hereby approve the terms and condi-
tions of Agreement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
Agreement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute that
Grant Deed No. 69578 conveying certain City-owned property to
the State of California.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 27th day of May, 1980.
