RESOLUTION NO. 80R-253
~ RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH ANAHEIM
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION AND AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim
Economic Development Corporation have heretofore entered
into an agreement dated March 27, 1979 (hereinafter "Agree-
ment"), to coordinate economic development efforts~ and
WHEREAS, an Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared, the terms and conditions of which are acceptable
to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions of said Amendment to Agreement are hereby
approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
execute said Amendment to Agreement on behalf of the City
of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of
June, 1980.
