RESOLUTION NO. 80R-259
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1807
AND DECLARING RESOLUTION NO. 78R-270 NULL AND
VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use
Permit No. 1807 on May 2, 1978, by Resolution No. 78R-270:
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination
of said Conditional Use Permit for the reason it is no longer
needed: and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Conditional Use Permit No. 1807 be, and the same is
hereby, terminated and that Resolution No. 78R-270 be
declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of
June, 1980.
