RESOLUTION NO. 80R-26l
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT OF CONDITIONS
IN CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NO. 2009 AND
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 79R-599 ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim here-
tofore adopted Resolution No. 79R-599 approving Conditional Use
Permit No. 2009, subject to certain conditions specified
there in; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has requested an amendment to
certain of said conditions heretofore imposed; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a duly noticed public
hearing on June 10, 1980, at which hearing the City Council did
receive and consider evidence, both oral and documentary,
relating to said request; and
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines
that the public interest and welfare require the amendment of
said conditions of approval in the manner hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Conditions No.7, 8 and 9 of Conditional
Use Permit No. 2009 as set forth in Resolution No. 79R-599 be,
and the same are hereby, deleted.
BE rr FUR'rHER RESOLVED that new Cond i tion No. 7 be,
and the same is hereby, added to Conditional Use Permit No. 2009
as set forth in Resolution No. 79R-599, to read as follows:
"7. That all signs on the premises shall conform
to the City's industrial zone sign ordinance."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly
amended herein, Resolution No. 79R-599 shall remain in full force
and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of June,
1980.
